Ideally, as early as possible! For weddings, we recommend booking at least 9–12 months out. For other events, 3–6 months is a great timeline. The earlier we begin, the more options and flexibility we have with vendors and design.

When should I book an event planner?

Full planning covers every step from “yes” to “I do” (or event day)—from vendor selection and design to logistics and execution. Custom planning is perfect if you've already booked a few vendors but need guidance tying everything together and finishing strong.


What’s the difference between full planning and custom planning?

Not at all! We also plan milestone parties, dinner parties, showers, holiday events, business launches, nonprofit galas, and more. If it’s worth celebrating, we’d love to be part of it.



Do you only plan weddings?

Yes! We specialize in working with destination clients. Whether you're planning from across the state or across the country, we streamline the process and make it easy to plan from anywhere.



 Do you work with clients who are planning from out of town?

Absolutely. We’ll handle the logistics, vendor communication, and timeline management, but your voice will always be heard. You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like.

What’s your planning style or philosophy?

We take a limited number of coordination-only clients each year. However, we often recommend our custom planning service, which offers more support leading up to your event for a smoother experience overall.
